Job Summary
Training Specialist – International Operations and Training supports design, development, and maintenance of training programs, curriculum, job aids, and learning resources across multiple international brands. Partners with Operations, Culinary, Marketing, and international teams to ensure training materials and procedures are effective, scalable, and executable in diverse global markets. Responsible for adapting training content to regional and operational needs, maintaining documentation and standards, supporting testing and validation of procedures, translating operational processes into clear training materials, and contributing to continuous improvement of learner engagement and franchisee support. Provides support for project timelines, communications, and coordination for international training initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Training & Development, Hospitality, Business, Communications, Human Resources, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 0–2 years of professional experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with cross-functional teams or multi-unit operations (preferred).
- Experience creating presentations, training materials, job aids, or learning resources (preferred).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; PowerPoint, Excel, Word; Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) (preferred).
