Job Summary
Training Specialist tasked with identifying and addressing organizational training needs in a multi-site dental services environment. Partners with the HR Director to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs using diverse formats (group discussions, lectures, simulations, and videos). Trains and coaches managers, supervisors, and team members; identifies opportunities to improve performance, culture, or processes through training; reviews and updates training materials using Microsoft Office tools to standardize learning across the organization. Serves as the SME for the Practice Management Software (Denticon) and for field dental practice operational processes, providing best practices and training to users. Creates onboarding, orientation, and skills training materials; assists in vendor evaluation and selection; stays current with emerging training methods and requirements applicable to the organization and industry. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED is required
- An Associate’s Degree in a related field and/or HR certification are preferred
- At least three (3) years of training experience, preferably in a multi-site, cross functional business unit
