Training Specialist - Installation

Job Summary

Co-facilitate instructor-led installation training, lead hands-on exercises, and provide real-time coaching during guided practice sessions. Prepare products, fixtures, and tools ahead of each session, while assisting with maintenance, inspection, and organization of demo units. Support on-site training events at dealer or partner locations by handling equipment setup and teardown, and represent Harmar professionally with technicians and partners. Contribute to updates of training materials and share real-world installation insights to improve clarity. Requires a Bachelor's degree or five years of related experience, one to three years installing electro-mechanical products, and ability to read schematics. Valid driver's license and occasional travel required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in education, communications or technical field
  • 5 years related experience and/or training
  • equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-2 years experience in a customer-facing field
  • technical product experience
  • Technical certificate, associate degree, or equivalent experience in Electromechanical systems
  • Installation, service, or field support roles
  • 1–3 years experience installing or servicing mechanical or electro-mechanical products
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and service documentation
  • Valid driver's license
  • willingness to travel occasionally
