Job Summary
SIS Support and Training Specialist develops curriculum and materials for the district’s student information system (Synergy), conducts in-person and remote training sessions, provides phone/email/remote desktop support, manages training documentation, and coordinates with the Information Systems team to keep materials current. Responsibilities include facilitating staff training, publishing course schedules, supporting software troubleshooting for SIS and related applications, performing QA testing on upcoming SIS releases, and maintaining attendance and training quality. Strong software proficiency (MS Office/Google Suite), effective communication, organizational skills, and experience with educational technology and SIS are desired.
Required Qualifications
- High School education
- Minimum of one year of experience in technical training
