Job Summary
Training Specialist III/Sr responsible for delivering high quality training programs across Operations, Project Execution, IT and related teams, using hands-on, classroom, and virtual modalities; develops and maintains training solutions with third-party vendors; analyzes training needs and uses dashboards and data to improve efficiency; maintains LMS records and supports audits; leads enterprise-wide training projects and ensures compliance with Operating Requirements and regulations; requires travel up to 50% and hybrid work arrangements (one day remote per week) with locations in Princeton, NJ; Benton and Frazer, PA; Linden, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- Vocational/Technical/Business School
- minimum of seven (7) years in oil and gas energy industry with prior training experience
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
