Job Summary
The Training Specialist II will develop and coordinate technical training and professional development programs for site personnel in compliance with regulatory orders at the West Valley Demonstration Project. This role requires proficiency in training methods, job task analysis, and effective communication skills to conduct presentations and evaluate training effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline or recognized equivalent combination of education and related experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of related experience
- Knowledge and experience consistent with the technical material to be presented
- Knowledge of job task analysis techniques and nuclear energy topics
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
