Job Summary
Administer the Workday Learning Management System, including course publishing, learner management, and system optimization. Manage end-to-end compliance training deployment by assigning, monitoring, and reporting mandatory learning completion to ensure audit readiness. Design and develop engaging e-learning courses and digital assets using Microsoft Power Platform tools and AI solutions like Copilot. Deliver orientation, compliance, and soft skills training programs while coordinating calendars and partnering with HR and SMEs. Evaluate learning effectiveness through feedback and data to continuously improve programs and foster a strong learning culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
- At least 2-4 years of experience in training and development
- Experience in a manufacturing or corporate environment
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
- Knowledge of instructional design methodologies
- Knowledge of learning evaluation
- Experience administering enterprise Learning Management Systems
- Experience developing e-learning content using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Camtasia, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365
- Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development, reporting, and data visualization
- Practical experience applying Microsoft Copilot and Generative AI tools to improve learning content, workflow automation, reporting, and operational efficiency
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Effective project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for innovation and operational excellence
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Workday Learning or other enterprise LMS platforms
- Experience in manufacturing or EMS environments
- Microsoft Power Platform certification (PL-900 or equivalent)
- Experience using AI-powered productivity tools in Learning & Development
