Job Summary
Collaborate with management to identify training needs and schedule sessions, while developing curriculum for orientation and on-the-job training across departments. Create and maintain training support materials, SOPs, job aids, and workflows, ensuring all content remains accurate and compliant with current business processes. Conduct surveys to evaluate program reception and make necessary adjustments, then monitor onboarding for new hires. Develop competency assessments to measure knowledge retention and incorporate materials into operations software for easy access. Stay current on adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to oversee the "train the trainer" program.
Required Qualifications
- deep understanding of the business to articulate what CERIS does
- clearly demonstrate all aspects of the Operations roles
- Ability to present with confidence
- Excellent coaching skills
- Ability to identify and address skill and knowledge gaps
- Computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Office
- Prior experience as a trainer in both classroom led and remote online environments
- Experience with management and administration of a Learning Management System
- Experience in creating training support materials and documentation
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred degree in HR, education/training or equivalent experience
