Job Summary
Training Specialist responsible for delivering impactful training programs that build leadership, interpersonal, and lean capabilities. Facilitates sessions on leadership, onboarding, and lean principles; collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop content; coaches On-the-Job Trainers; maintains training records in LMS; supports lean training and capability building; promotes safety, integrity, and accountability. Requires degree/certification in education/HR/business/psychology or equivalent experience, and proven training or facilitation experience; strong communication/presentation skills; proficient with Microsoft Office and LMS; knowledge of lean principles a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or certification in education, HR, business, psychology, or related field—or equivalent experience
- Proven experience as a trainer, teacher, coach, or facilitator
- Strong understanding of transformer manufacturing processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with LMS platforms
- Experience with Lean Principles is a plus (or willingness to learn)
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
