Training Specialist

As a Training Specialist at Eucalyptus, you will design and develop training modules that drive employee growth and operational excellence. You’ll translate data-driven insights into targeted learning solutions, build career progression frameworks, and develop leadership development programs that align with business priorities. You’ll articulate the business impact of training initiatives (ROI), defend recommendations to senior operational leaders, and partner cross-functionally with operations to ensure training delivers measurable outcomes. The role requires significant experience designing and delivering training in structured environments, strong data analysis skills, curriculum design contributions, and excellent communication to diverse audiences. On-site at Manila 2-3 days per week, reporting to the Quality, Training & Knowledge Manager; Tools and AI-assisted processes are used to support recruitment and learning initiatives, with emphasis on learning technology, dashboards, and stakeholder engagement.
