Job Summary
Training Specialist to coordinate safety training programs end-to-end for ENSA North America, serving as the central point of contact among customers, instructors, sales, and internal teams; responsible for scheduling trainings, coordinating resources and logistics, preparing quotes and invoices, and ensuring successful delivery of hands-on, safety-focused training programs in Mukwonago, WI. The role requires exceptional communication, strong organization, ability to manage multiple projects, LMS familiarity for course creation and enrollment, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations. This is an onsite position with standard business hours and no travel required, based in Mukwonago, Wisconsin.
Required Qualifications

- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience coordinating schedules, projects, events, or multiple priorities simultaneously
- High attention to detail with strong follow-up and accountability skills
- Ability to remain organized and productive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Strong customer service mindset and professionalism when interacting with customers and internal teams
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, Lists, SharePoint, and other Microsoft Office applications
- Comfortable learning new software systems and business processes
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a larger team
- Experience coordinating training logistics, locations, equipment needs, instructor assignments, and customer expectations
