Job Summary
Lead the Training and People Development (TPD) Pillar at KOP and Philadelphia, presenting progress in biweekly TPM Steering Committee meetings and assigning action items to the Master Plan. Facilitate onboarding and offboarding activities, including scheduling classroom trainings, managing signature logs, and executing annual Quality trainings like GMP and Data Integrity. Oversee the Training Module in ETQ (eQMS) by uploading records, assigning training, creating competency checks, and managing curriculums. Lead quick kaizens, root cause analyses, and CAPAs involving the Training function, while assessing change controls and supporting site documentation requests for audits. Develop and maintain site training and skills matrices, updating functional area curricula and onboarding checklists with cross-functional teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Training, Education, STEM, or related degree programs
- 2 years experience in a training role
- 2 years experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment
- Experience using ETQ or similar eQMS
- Proficiency with MS 365 programs and basic statistics
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, skills
- A compliance mindset to ensure solutions meet strict cGMP requirements
- Be approachable and empathetic so others feel comfortable asking questions
- Be comfortable splitting time between 2 locations
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years experience with Learning Management System (LMS) software
- Curriculum design experience
- 3 years developing and delivering training, managing training programs and responsibilities typical of a manufacturing plant
