Job Summary
Training Specialist to develop and deliver training programs for Hosts across Dollywood properties, including New Hire Orientation and Leadership Development, manage training content, coordinate schedules, maintain training spaces and labs, track outcomes, and support HR processes within a theme-park environment; requires strong communication, teaching skills, computer-lab familiarity, budgeting and scheduling capabilities, and ability to work across cross-functional teams; on-site role at Dollywood locations with potential overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays; must demonstrate the company values and provide exceptional guest-facing training and development support.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- College degree or practical experience required
- Theme Park and/or teaching experience preferred
- Strong working knowledge of computer software (scheduling, budgeting, spreadsheet, word processing, presentation)
- Excellent oral presentation & writing skills
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Background screening including criminal history and motor vehicle record check
