Job Summary
Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver scalable onboarding and ongoing learning programs for Customer Service Representatives in a fast-paced contact center. Lead live virtual and asynchronous sessions, apply adult learning principles, and partner with leadership and QA to identify skill gaps and align solutions with CX goals. Manage KPI-driven evaluation of training effectiveness, coordinate logistics, and maintain LMS content while driving continuous improvement and adoption of new tools and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in training, learning and development, customer service, or contact center operations
