Job Summary
Facilitate workforce training programs by designing delivery plans, evaluating effectiveness through feedback and performance outcomes, and updating instructional materials. Lead advanced leadership development initiatives, including enterprise pathways and executive efforts, while planning and executing governance activities for leadership boards and competitive selections. Maintain SharePoint sites, learning management systems, and mandatory training tracking, then develop schedules, procedures, and presentations to support program operations. Provide administrative support for coaching, mentoring, and rotational assignments, and coordinate travel and project tracking for leadership presentations. Maintain an Active Secret clearance and support federal government training management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, education, training, business, or related field
- 10 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in SharePoint and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Word
- Strong communication, coordination, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Active Secret clearance
- Experience in training management for a federal government organization
- Successfully pass background and drug screening
