Training Specialist

Training Specialist role focused on delivering remote and onsite training for new hires and ongoing proficiency development across Call Center functions (Sales, Billing, Retention, Technical Support) for voice, video, data, and mobile services. Responsibilities include designing dynamic online training modules and learning exercises, developing and updating training documentation, monitoring new employees’ performance against expectations, identifying curriculum gaps and implementing improvements, supervising trainees (attendance, behavior, performance documentation), managing learning schedules and participant records, evaluating training tools and equipment, and sharing new training ideas with leadership. Requires strong communication and presentation skills, ability to manage multiple projects, and travel as needed.
