Training Specialist

Deliver instructor-led training across our global operations function, facilitating training delivery in-person or remotely. Develop training and onboarding programmes designed around proven training methodologies and adult learning principles, based on business needs. Conduct new hire onboarding and orient new hires, ensuring best-practice delivery across global operations. Evaluate training content for audit readiness and reflect changes across the business. Collaborate with Instructional Designers to produce training materials, aids, and manuals. Stay up-to-date with IT system changes, regulatory/compliance issues, product changes and digital assets. Collaborate with Global Ops Training Unit to develop tailored e-learning courses for global operations functions. Maintain knowledge base and communicate material changes to the Instructional Design team. Act as subject matter expert for new client onboarding, collaborating with Business Solutions and Instructional Designers to create tailored learning programmes. Implement a monthly training plan to bridge knowledge gaps and improve performance. Create tailored training plans addressing identified needs, operate a feedback loop with stakeholders. Measure training impact through quantitative and qualitative feedback. Demonstrate AI readiness and work effectively in an environment shaped by AI, ML, data, analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights with data governance, security and ethical standards.
