Job Summary
Create and manage Sales Playbooks and other tools to ensure Strategic Customer Development, Scientific Affairs, Regional Regulatory Affairs teams can engage consistently and successfully with customers and other external stakeholders. Develop materials that meet the needs of these teams; gather feedback; implement a feedback system; refine content delivery with Salesforce and IT; develop curriculum for new members; support development of e-learning modules using Articulate 360; collaborate to upgrade skills and tools for customer-facing staff in regions; explore new Sales Enablement tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or equivalent
- 3 or more years in sales in the life sciences or equivalent
- Experience working with Salesforce and SharePoint is highly preferred
- Highly proficient with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A strong work ethic
- Proven track record of working across teams with minimal supervision
