Job Summary
Design and deliver role-based enablement solutions to improve employee performance and role readiness. Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to identify needs, develop assets (eLearning, job aids, playbooks, simulations), manage end-to-end content lifecycle (intake through deployment), organize content with templates and metadata, leverage platforms (SharePoint, Confluence, LMS) for governance and collaboration, measure adoption and outcomes, and integrate AI-enabled tools into content strategies while coordinating pilots and launches. Maintain continuous learning on AI strategy and apply AI-enabled knowledge workflows to accelerate drafting and improve content quality.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in enablement, learning/content development, needs assessment, and/or performance consulting (knowledge management experience a plus)
- Demonstrated success managing multiple programs and projects concurrently, with strong prioritization and delivery discipline
- Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, team-based environment and adapt to shifting priorities and changing business needs
- Experience delivering solutions across multiple channels (e.g., in-workflow guidance, knowledge resources, job aids, eLearning, live/virtual sessions), not only classroom training
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence employees at all organizational levels
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, complemented by innovative and strategic thinking
- Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve speed and quality of work outputs, with sound judgment and appropriate risk awareness
- Proficiency in a broad range of eLearning and simulation authoring tools, multimedia and design tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, financial services, learning and development, education, or a related field
