Training Sales Advisor

Job Summary
Proactively network with existing and new customers to sell BSI products; identify new prospects to grow the customer base through targeted calls; execute the sales process to understand customer needs, propose relevant products/services, and deliver on training sales budgets; manage account and opportunity pipelines to produce accurate forecasts; review sales activity and KPIs to plan future activities; use collateral and competitive knowledge to illustrate how BSI products meet customer needs; act as a brand ambassador, upholding professionalism and ethical conduct while promoting services to generate revenue and growth for the Training business.
Required Qualifications
- proven experience of closing B2B sales
- track record of significantly exceeding targets
- ability to engage with customers to understand business drivers
- ability to deliver results and meet sales KPIs
- experience in selling products/services and managing a sales process
- ability to generate a solid sales pipeline and accurate forecasts
- self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- ability to network with existing and new customers to drive revenue
- familiarity with using sales collateral and competitive knowledge
- brand ambassador with professionalism and ethical conduct
