Job Summary

Proactively network with existing and new customers to sell BSI products; identify new prospects to grow the customer base through targeted calls; execute the sales process to understand customer needs, propose relevant products/services, and deliver on training sales budgets; manage account and opportunity pipelines to produce accurate forecasts; review sales activity and KPIs to plan future activities; use collateral and competitive knowledge to illustrate how BSI products meet customer needs; act as a brand ambassador, upholding professionalism and ethical conduct while promoting services to generate revenue and growth for the Training business.

Required Qualifications

  • proven experience of closing B2B sales
  • track record of significantly exceeding targets
  • ability to engage with customers to understand business drivers
  • ability to deliver results and meet sales KPIs
  • experience in selling products/services and managing a sales process
  • ability to generate a solid sales pipeline and accurate forecasts
  • self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • ability to network with existing and new customers to drive revenue
  • familiarity with using sales collateral and competitive knowledge
