Job Summary
Lead onboarding and enablement programs for private wealth and IFA advice practices by delivering tailored platform training and strategic guidance. Build trusted adviser relationships with key stakeholders across aligned client portfolios while partnering with New Business Managers to support adviser growth, retention, and platform advocacy. Project manage complex onboarding, transition, and implementation activity across internal teams, acting as a key escalation point to apply judgment and ownership in delivering strong client outcomes. Maintain accurate CRM and relationship management data to support strategic engagement. This role focuses on driving platform adoption and long-term relationship growth rather than transactional servicing.
Required Qualifications
- RG146 completed or underway, or equivalent tertiary qualifications in business, finance or a related discipline
- 3+ years' recent experience in a client facing role within investment platforms, financial services, private wealth or a related environment
- Demonstrated experience working with financial advisers across private wealth and retail/IFA markets
- Strong presentation, stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commercially minded with the ability to build trusted adviser relationships
- Highly organised, self-directed and confident managing multiple priorities
- Experience with investment platform technology, managed accounts or custody solutions
- Recent experience working directly with IFA and/or private wealth advisers within an investment platform, wealth management, financial advice or related environment
- Background in relationship management, onboarding and adviser enablement
- Full, unrestricted work rights in Australia
- A police check
