Training, Quality and Warehouse Manager – Gardening Department

Kickstart crews in the morning, handle onboarding for new staff, and lead training for both warehouse and seasonal employees. Manage inventory of plants, soil, tools, and equipment while overseeing receiving, stock rotation, and quality control. Coordinate deliveries and pickups with Operations, maintain clean and safe job sites, and respond to customer concerns professionally. Implement LEAN processes to improve systems on the gardening side. Submit receipts and handle small office admin tasks.
