Job Summary

Assist international attendees with relocation logistics and coordinate scheduling for 14-week training sessions across Trane Technologies. Manage online training support, execute special events, and facilitate community involvement projects while promoting a positive program culture. Collaborate with instructors and cross-functional groups to uphold the Graduate Training Program's reputation for excellence. Prepare for upcoming sessions and meet broader learning team needs during intervals between classes. Primarily work onsite in La Crosse, WI, Monday through Thursday, with occasional virtual days between sessions.

  • Online learning tool experience: CANVAS and/or other learning management tool experience
  • Video and audio editing: Camtasia and similar editing tools
  • Knowledge of Trane systems, tools, and organization structure
  • Database administration: creating analytics from database information
  • Master's degree preferred
  • MUST have a CDL

  • Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $56,300.00 - $101,394.99
