Job Summary
Train program coordinator focused on RHLS that translates high-level product strategies into actionable digital experiences. Responsible for implementing in-app guides and announcements, tagging features for usage analytics, deploying targeted notifications to improve user retention, and managing end-to-end RHLS-related programs and communications. Works closely with the RHLS Product Manager to roll out program initiatives, monitors usage metrics, creates dashboards and reports on KPIs, engages in B/A testing within the application, and coordinates cross-functional collaboration between product management, marketing, and technical teams. Requires technical familiarity with digital adoption platforms (preferred), strong data visualization and Excel skills, independent remote/workflow management, and the ability to drive adoption through effective communication and program coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with digital adoption platforms or analytics tools is preferred (e.g., Pendo, WalkMe, Gainsight PX)
- Strong data visualization and Excel skills
- Ability to work independently in remote or hybrid environments
- Experience coordinating programs and communicating with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with A/B testing concepts and measurement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple programs and meet deadlines
- Product-management or marketing collaboration experience
- Proactive, self-starter attitude and adaptability
- Bachelor’s degree not required but preferred or equivalent experience
