Job Summary
Coordinate standard, specialized, and technical training for call center and warehouse teams, including new hire orientation and online session scheduling. Conduct basic systems training, create training guides, and maintain training websites and materials. Respond to client requests for technical assistance, communicate progress, and track post-designation compliance. Identify and resolve training project issues while supporting the organization's quality program. Requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of related training experience, and strong communication skills. Required Qualifications
