Training Program Coordinator

Own end-to-end training program for Healthy Kids’ ~700 part-time teachers and field leadership across multiple states; produce training videos from concept to final cut (scripting, on-site filming, editing, publishing); interview and collaborate with Executive Directors and subject-matter experts to translate expertise into clear training content; organize content into three training tracks with learning paths; evaluate and implement an LMS or leverage existing systems for a mobile-first workforce; develop a text-message microlearning program and stand up the delivery system; use AI tools heavily for scripting, storyboarding, video creation, editing workflows, and repurposing content; partner with operations leaders to measure impact on program quality; travel 25–35% during builds; no degree required; experience with LMS/SMS a plus; strong writer and listener with a builder mentality.
