Job Summary
Conduct corporate business development and outreach via email, WhatsApp, and calls to identify and onboard potential hiring partners. Build and maintain relationships with HR professionals and senior executives while coordinating job fairs, networking events, and workshops with internal teams. Engage with students to provide career guidance, support resume building, and facilitate placements by matching candidates with opportunities. Manage databases of employer contacts and student profiles, track placement metrics, and generate reports on program effectiveness. Drive end-to-end execution of partnership lifecycles from outreach to closure to support revenue growth. Work Monday to Friday (alternate Saturdays) from 10:15 AM to 7:15 PM in an office in Andheri, Mumbai.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in reputed B-Schools or educational institutions, preferably in placement or corporate relations roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with students and corporate stakeholders
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.)
- Analytical mindset to identify opportunities and drive corporate engagement strategies

- Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and partnerships
- Prior experience in career services, talent partnerships, or placement divisions
- Exposure to digital marketing, ed-tech, or training partnerships
