Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) in an outpatient clinic providing hands-on, evidence-based care for orthopedic, neurological, pre/post-operative, gait and balance, and sports-related conditions. Deliver personalized therapy, document care in Raintree EMR, maintain a caseload of ~50 visits per week with AI-assisted documentation support, contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support, and participate in a team-driven environment with flexible scheduling and comprehensive benefits. Required Qualifications
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active state Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
