Job Summary
Pathways Vermont seeks a full-time Training Outreach & Events Coordinator to support training initiatives, manage events, and administrative tasks, while embodying the organization's values focused on transforming lives and supporting marginalized communities. Candidates should possess strong communication and organizational skills, experience in public interactions, and a commitment to peer support principles.
Required Qualifications
- Understanding of and commitment to Pathways Vermont values
- Comfort and experience with public speaking and mass communications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to sit with the discomfort of systems change
- Willingness to practice humility and curiosity
- Willingness to participate in continuous feedback processes and adjust communication styles and approaches as needed
- Telephone/computer/internet/social media skills and familiarity with Google and Zoom platform
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Ability to work during non-standard hours
- Flexible schedule and extensive travel potentially required

Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity and alignment with peer support and the psychiatric survivor movement
- Completion of an Intentional Peer Support Core Training
