Job Summary
Coordinate and administer training programs in-person at Long Beach, including daily LMS data management (Cornerstone), enrollment and attendance tracking, and material preparation (PowerPoints, handouts, tests) for instructor-led and eLearning courses; act as primary contact for routine employee inquiries, escalate complex issues to Talent Development; coordinate with third-party vendors, define scope of work for Talent Programs, and manage Training Intake Form; create course materials, support data requests across People teams, and maintain up-to-date Talent Development Confluence pages; required skills include LMS experience, Google Sheets/Excel proficiency, and strong communication and problem-solving in a high-demand environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- Intermediate level Google Sheets (or Microsoft Excel) knowledge
