Training Officer (Facilities Management)

Job Summary
Deliver on-the-job training and competency assessments for new and existing team members; develop training plans, assessment materials and supporting learning resources; conduct training needs analysis and maintain training compliance records; facilitate monthly team training sessions and refresher programs; create engaging training materials, including videos and instructional guides; support employees through individual coaching and skills development activities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience delivering workplace training, coaching or competency-based assessments
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or equivalent workplace training qualification
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Experience creating and delivering training materials and learning resources
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to adapt training approaches to suit different learning styles and experience levels
Desired Qualifications
