Job Summary
Design and deliver engaging training content using adult learning methodologies for instructor-led, virtual, and blended sessions. Develop management and leadership curriculum while supporting compliance and workforce development courses as needed. Review course materials for effectiveness, implement changes, and provide thorough quality assurance. Support research and analysis for internal publications and demonstrate high-level customer service. Work independently or with team members onsite 1-2 days per week. Requires corporate learning experience, Microsoft Suite proficiency, and Articulate 360 or Captivate skills.
Required Qualifications
- Corporate learning, adult/higher education, or other training setting required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Microsoft Teams required.
- Person must be able to work Monday - Friday between 9:00am - 6:00pm.
- Person must be available to be onsite at our Columbia, MD office 1 - 2 days per week.
- High school diploma
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in using Articulate 360, Captivate, or other course authoring tools is preferred.
- John Maxwell Leadership certification preferred.
