Job Summary
WMS Training Manager responsible for successful implementation and delivery of warehouse management system trainings and supporting processes at DSV Contract Logistics sites. Deliver functional and business-process training, create and maintain training content, organize training calendars, and conduct both on-site and online sessions. Collaborate with engineering on WMS setup, provide go-live support and after-care, test training programs, and administer exams. Maintain up-to-date training materials, design internal/external reports, and advocate standardization and best practices. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, communicate project updates, and travel as required (domestic and international) to support training delivery and project implementations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years’ experience in a project-based environment
- Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally (including Europe)
- Proficiency in one or more WMS systems
- MS Office Suite
- English (reading, writing, verbal)
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
- SQL proficiency is a plus
- Experience with JDA WMS (dispatcher) or other major WMS products (preferred)
- Ability to train key- and end-users on designed processes and functionalities
