Training Manager

Job Summary
Lead a team of instructors to design, develop, and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing, focusing on Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, automation, and Industry 4.0 to improve line efficiency, quality, and compliance. Implement training aligned with ISO, GMP, OSHA/EPA, and internal standards; oversee LMS governance and training effectiveness, drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and readiness for new systems and product introductions; develop cross-training and onboarding programs to elevate workforce skills and performance. The role emphasizes developing workforce capabilities, improving productivity and standardized execution, and reinforcing a proactive safety culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Education, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in training, manufacturing, or a related field
- 5+ years of leadership or people management experience
- Proven experience in training and development within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and training technologies
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience partnering with senior leadership to align training strategy with business objectives
- Knowledge of IT best practices (ITIL, Lean, Oracle) and Operational Excellence methodologies
- Experience managing Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop and deliver training programs
- Experience designing technical training environments (Power, Thermal, Data Center)
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including electrical and thermal systems, safety, and data center operations
