Job Summary
Develop and execute comprehensive training strategies for US Insurance operations, including process training and refresher programs. Design and deliver targeted learning interventions for Certificate of Insurance (COI), Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Claims Processing, Quote Preparation, and Endorsements. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify knowledge gaps and collaborate with Operations, Quality, and HR to implement improvement plans. Create and maintain training materials, SOPs, process guides, e-learning modules, and assessment tools while evaluating effectiveness through assessments. Promote a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence within the Learning & Development function.
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in the US Insurance industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Insurance, or a related field
- Strong understanding of US Insurance processes
- Experience in designing instructor-led training programs
- Proven experience managing training teams and driving learning initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Agency Management Systems: AMS360, Applied Epic, Sagitta, EZLynx, HawkSoft, Image Rite
- Experience with insurance carrier portals and comparative rating applications
