Training Manager

Manage Field Training Unit operations by conducting induction trainings for Cluster Managers, AVPs of Field Operations, and Support Functions. Maintain monthly training MIS to ensure man-days targets are met and execute certification programs, e-learning, and assessments. Develop capabilities of Training Managers while driving performance improvement for underperforming Cluster Managers and AVPs. Identify and prepare potential Cluster Managers and Business Managers for advancement through targeted development initiatives. Engage stakeholders to understand training needs and demonstrate the effectiveness of training activities against business outcomes, knowledge scores, and penetration metrics.
