Job Summary

Training Manager responsible for identifying training needs, designing curriculum and ensuring effective delivery of all assigned training programs. Manages the overall learning and development strategy for the team, ensuring programs align with client-specific and organizational requirements to drive employee performance and meet business goals. Focus areas include end-to-end training (new hire, communication and culture, product, upskilling, nesting) guided by instructional design principles and adult learning theories. Requires strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, proficiency with LMS and Microsoft tools, and ability to work flexible shifts. Practical project management experience is an advantage.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of college
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years Training Manager experience in a BPO company
  • Experience with end-to-end training (new hire, communication and culture, product, upskilling, nesting)
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in training software and LMS (Learning Management Systems)
  • Flexible with working on different shifts
  • Strong problem solving skills and detail oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications and tools
  • Must be a team player with expert team and time management skills
  • Project Management experience is an advantage
