Job Summary
Deliver European training — Facilitate engaging online and in-store sessions on brand culture, product knowledge, selling ceremony, and customer experience. Coach in the field with store visits and on-the-spot coaching. Partner with Retail Managers to evaluate training levels and identify skill gaps across markets. Collaborate with the Quest Lead to evolve online training content. Champion CRM excellence and build a network of clienteling champions across countries. Own training projects from scratch and drive them forward with creativity and strong organizational skills. Measure impact, track KPI performance, and ensure learnings translate into commercial results. Work cross-functionally to co-create impactful training content across departments.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading European retail training programs
- Ability to create engaging training content for online and in-store delivery
- Strong coaching and field-visit skills to motivate sales teams
- CRM proficiency and ability to drive clienteling initiatives across countries
- Independent project ownership and ability to drive training initiatives from concept to delivery
- Willingness to travel 40%+ across Europe
