Training Manager

Job Summary
Establish structured technical training for new hires and manage operator qualification, certification, and cross-training across 1st and Swing Shifts. Develop and maintain a skills matrix to identify gaps, increase qualified employees for flexibility, and reduce dependency on individual subject matter experts. Measure training effectiveness through performance data and coordinate corrective actions with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering. Partner with HR to design incentive programs, review contingent workforce conversion, and promote career paths. Drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma principles while reporting on retention, turnover, and staffing metrics.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- minimum 5+ years' experience in similar role
- Established analytical and problem-solving skills
