Job Summary
Facilitate engaging instructor-led training programs for Franchise Owners and School Leadership Teams through in-person and virtual environments. Design, develop, and maintain blended learning solutions using instructional design best practices while managing and improving training materials aligned with operational updates. Partner with subject matter experts to create learner-centered content and support onboarding, leadership development, and operational excellence initiatives. Conduct onsite visits at regional locations to reinforce company standards and evaluate program effectiveness through feedback and metrics. Travel regionally and nationally as needed. Full-time role with flexible work-from-home options; salary includes commission or bonuses based on performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 3-5 years of experience designing and delivering training programs for adult learners in virtual and in-person environments
- Experience creating learning materials and supporting training initiatives from development through delivery
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while delivering high-quality results
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with cross-functional partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Ability to analyze feedback and training data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Ability and willingness to travel regionally and nationally as needed
