Job Summary
Training Manager leads airport learning and development programs, collaborating with airport leadership and Organizational Development to design onboarding, safety and quality assurance, and supervisor/manager training. Manages scheduling, tracking, and communication of training activities to airport and corporate leadership; coaches trainers to ensure effective training for hourly crewmembers and managers; supports performance management, recognition, internal growth, and promotion planning; administers LMS, onboarding processes, and change-management communications; partners with HR and leadership to drive training initiatives and cross-functional development, including initiatives like Manager Essentials, Brand Partner Training, and Train the Trainer.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree (required)
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- 3 - 4 Years’ Experience in Hospitality Operations, Training or HR
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to clear OTG background checks as well as any requirements to obtain Airport badges.
