Training Manager

The Training Manager will design and deliver targeted training programs focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer advisory skills. Partner with sales leadership to enhance team performance, improve conversions, and drive premium growth. Responsible for tracking training impact through KPIs and refining learning strategies. Leads the Sales Academy, manages budgets, mentors a team of training professionals, and collaborates with stakeholders to align programs with business goals. Develops needs assessments, creates engaging training covering product knowledge, sales strategies, communication skills, compliance, and more; utilizes instructor-led, online, blended, gamification, and simulations. Measures program effectiveness, updates content based on feedback and industry trends, and stays current with adult learning principles.
