Training Manager

Manage a team of technical trainers by guiding daily session delivery, handling batch load management, and providing coaching to minimize drop-outs. Plan and execute training sessions while overseeing logistics, venue arrangements, and curriculum development to address identified skill gaps. Conduct fortnightly quality assurance reviews, monitor class coverage, and analyze metrics to demonstrate program effectiveness. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to arrange subject expert sessions and placement drives. Manage training budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure continuous improvement through student feedback and random class checks.
