Training Manager - Midwest

Based in Boston, this full-time Training Manager leads the execution of new coach training across current and emerging markets for solidcore. You will select high-performing coaches with the Talent Acquisition team, conduct trainings per the Training Manager Toolkit, coordinate training schedules around studio openings, provide in-studio support for new coaches, assist in continuing education programming, and evaluate trainees to ensure objective development. The role requires leading and inspiring a team, strong time management, and excellent communication, with heavy travel and the ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends. A Certified Personal Training Certification is preferred, and at least 6 months of experience as a leading coach is advantageous. You will be responsible for maintaining coaching schedules, driving brand standards, and contributing to the growth and development of coaching careers within the Midwest footprint as needed.
