Job Summary
Training Manager leads UAV instruction and demos, serving as the figurehead during international product demonstrations and training. Responsible for creating engaging instructional materials in German and English, overseeing hands-on flight training for fixed-wing UAVs, managing pre-flight to post-flight procedures, assessing trainee performance, and delivering demonstrations tailored to security-focused customers from operator to ministerial decision-maker level. Requires ability to interact with government, police, military, and intelligence audiences, willing worldwide travel, and proficiency in German or English (third language advantageous). The role is embedded with the Governmental Sales team and involves close collaboration with them.
Required Qualifications
- military, police, or intelligence background preferred
- experience training security-focused forces or institutions
- ability to train customers in German or English, third language advantageous
- experience with fixed-wing UAS, preferably eVTOL systems
- willingness to travel worldwide
- demonstrated ability to plan, conduct, and evaluate training sessions
