Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments to identify training needs across departments and analyze performance metrics to determine priorities. Design and develop tailored curriculum, materials, and interactive modules incorporating various instructional methods. Facilitate in-person and virtual workshops while delivering content effectively to ensure understanding and retention. Develop evaluation methods, collect feedback for continuous improvements, and provide ongoing coaching to reinforce learning. Collaborate with managers to identify improvement opportunities and coordinate schedules and logistics for smooth execution. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a Training Manager or similar role in the BPO industry
- Strong understanding of BPO operations, processes, and technologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Proficiency in instructional design principles and learning management systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in training and development is a plus
