Job Summary
Training Manager for the Hematology Franchise in Oncology will align, design and deliver learning and development experiences for US Commercial field personnel to drive effective customer engagement. Serves as SME for training solutions aligned to clinical and capability needs, covering new-hire training, ongoing skills development aligned to brand/tumor strategy, and product/indication launch training. Requires strong stakeholder management, facilitation across virtual and live environments, and the ability to influence decisions and strategy. Responsibilities include anticipating curriculum opportunities from market trends, developing learning pathways, supporting peers’ clinical acumen, leading cross-functional collaboration, designing and evaluating learning solutions, updating learning assets, applying agile methods, and leveraging AI instructional design tools. Desired capabilities include communicating with home office and field leadership, rigorous evaluation of learning outcomes, and a culture of curiosity and ongoing learning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent required
- 3+ years of Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or oncology sales or sales leadership experience
- Minimum of at least 3 accumulated years of training or training related experience
- Knowledge of instructional systems design and/or adult learning methodology
- Ability to communicate and lead in a cross-functional environment
- AI certifications or high confidence using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, NotebookLM) is desirable
