Job Summary
Design and develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and job aids. Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring proper resource allocation and participant availability. Deliver engaging and effective training across various manufacturing processes and safety protocols. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop tailored programs. Administer and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for course deployment and tracking.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate effective training programs
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other e-learning tools
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
