Job Summary
Develop and deliver technical training programs for manufacturing personnel while coordinating and scheduling all internal and external training sessions. Maintain accurate training records and employee certifications, assess training needs through surveys and performance data, and manage the learning management system for course deployment and tracking. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement to support career advancement within the West Michigan manufacturing region.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in training development and delivery, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate effective training programs (e.g., technical skills, safety, compliance)
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and various instructional design methodologies
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools
