Job Summary

Adapt Panelmatic Inc.'s proven frontline training and certification model for BPP's manufacturing operations, designing skills assessments, competency models, and structured on-the-job training for trade disciplines like assembly and wiring. Develop development programs for production supervisors, create learning paths for career progression, and establish company-wide onboarding to reduce time-to-productivity. Own the learning strategy by setting annual priorities, administering the LMS, building analytics dashboards, and measuring program effectiveness against productivity, quality, and safety outcomes. Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Safety to define qualification standards, identify internal subject matter experts, and support succession planning as the team scales from 150 to 600+ employees.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Industrial Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Seven (7) or more years of experience in learning and development, training, organizational development, or workforce development.
  • Three (3) or more years leading a training function, program, or team.
  • Hands-on experience building training programs for frontline manufacturing or production workers.
  • Experience designing skills assessments and training certification programs, including qualification standards and recertification requirements.
  • Experience developing trade skills training such as assembly, wiring, electrical, mechanical, or comparable hands-on production disciplines.
  • Experience developing production supervisors and frontline leaders.
  • Demonstrated success designing and launching training programs from the ground up.
  • Experience administering an LMS, training records, and learning analytics.
  • Strong facilitation, project management, and stakeholder partnership skills.
  • Ability to translate operational needs into practical training that works on a production floor.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing, high-growth environment.

Desired Qualifications

  • Electrical equipment, switchgear, panel assembly, or wire harness manufacturing experience.
  • Experience standing up a training function within an early-stage or high-growth organization.
  • Experience rolling out a proven training program to a new site, business unit, or acquired company.
  • Experience with apprenticeship programs, workforce development partnerships, or grant-funded training initiatives such as California ETP.
  • CPTD, ATD, SHRM, coaching, or instructional design certifications.
  • Organizational development, succession planning, or change management program experience.
